Scene from old TV show / movie boy slipping. in mud.

I am trying to find a TV show or movie scene that I saw on YouTube years ago, which made a significant impression on me. It seemed to be from a 70s or early 80s TV show or movie.

In this scene, a group of kids were in a barn, a very muddy barn. They were surrounding a boy who was likely the bully of the show. The boy was slipping around in the mud and falling, while the surrounding kids were laughing, probably because he deserved it. The scene was completely uploaded without any context.

I thought it might be from "Little House on the Prairie", but nothing I've seen so far seems familiar. I recently stumbled upon "Adventures in Rainbow Country", which could potentially be the show, but I haven't found that particular scene in the results. Does anyone here know or remember what I am talking about?
