That's great that Neptune wore white nylon school PE shorts and I hope he wasn't wearing anything under them.
I know what you mean when they get wet and I have wore 2 pairs on the beach before swimming in them. Love the sound of the nylon against the nylon and more so when wet. Wore 1 pair a couple of times and had to pull the nylon away from my skin and crown jewels when I came out of the water.
