I’ve done several mud runs, always in shorts and a sleeveless shirt or t shirt, to make it easier to move around for the obstacles. That’s kinda what most people wear. I’ve seen some people wear track pants which I think is a decent idea if there’s a lot of crawling obstacles to minimize scrapping your knees.
Mud runs can be fun. I’m actually traveling to another state for a mud run since the options for runs in my state haven’t impressed me the last few years.
