I have discovered an other possibility - blood pressure medication with beta blockers - which I take. I googled the condition and there were eight possibilities. The first was anemia, second was thyroid. Those were ruled out by blood tests. However another WW friend told me about the blood pressure meds and that was the only thing that fit and made sense.
