I've often wondered why more people don't do that when they work or play outdoors on hot days. They complain about the heat, or just stay indoors with the AC on. Even when going to public pools they will wear their dry clothes to the place, and when done swimming quickly change out of their wet swimwear and end up just as hot as they were before. It doesn't make sense.
