That subway ride must have been fun. I've never lived in a city that had a subway. Phoenix has a limited light rail service, but it doesn't go anywhere near my home or workplace, so I've never been on it. Those who have been on it say it's essentially a moving homeless shelter, so if I boarded merely soaked I'd probably seem more presentable than most.

Suing over a wet bus seat? I see you have the same crazy lawsuit problem north of the border as we do.

It occurred to me that sometimes people waiting for a bus get soaking wet by a surprise downpour. I don't think bus drivers can always be so discriminating. Still, your boys might be well advised next time to find some secluded spot to wring out their clothes after the rescue so that they're merely damp rather than dripping. I'm glad they found that nice lady who helped them.
